    I walk along a thin board that separated the ground from the mud. I look around the Arena, Again, no one today... I thought to myself as I shoulder my quiver. I shrug and ran a finger along my bowstring absentmindedly. There was something Erie about today, how the fog settled just below the plank that I was standing on. I gulped as I look around one more, still no one even though I could swear someone was watching me. I frown and turn back to the targets.

    I slowly walk into the Arena fully aware of the mist. My skills as an assassin kick in as I feel a powerful presence approaching. Then out of no were the mist begins to move, swirling and turning green. The oricale has come. I saw her standing in the mist and then a scratchy, earth like voice began to speak " There will four that come to posses the powers of Dark and Light. They will Journey to the Hidden Vally of the Gods. Prepare for death will strike when you least expect, and when the time comes only One can save you..." I gulp and take mental note as the withered body slumped to the ground, the mist cleared and I could see Mike shaking on the board.

    My blood runs cold as I listen to the Orical talk in her earthy voice. I shiver, not from the cold, as she ended and slumped back down to earth. I slowly put away my bow back into its quiver and turn around to see the Camp director standing in the receding mist. I look at her and nod. " My Lady Valinor, good morning to you. What shall we do with...her..." I ask hesitantly

    I sigh, something I have been doing a lot lately, and I look at the Orical. "Lets take her back to the Big House were she belongs..."I say and look around and sigh again still not that may people. After the last god-battle there has been less and less campers and new half bloods coming back. I frown and look to the opposite side of the arena were a stone wall full of names is present. I shake off a feeling of dread and help my camper with the body.

    I look at my camp director and my friend she has been so sad lately. I sigh as well and follow her eyes to the wall of named and frown in remembrance. I was one of the few who survived on the front lines. I look back to her and nod to her I jump down from the plank and walk over to the Orcal and bend down to pick her up. The stench of death and decay hits me and I sway.

    I look at Mike and shake my head, I lift up the body and proceed to carry it out of the arena. A tear slides down my face unseen We pass the cabins and I turn my head to my cabin.

    I watch Valinor closely "there is one out there" I state as I watch her eyes drift to her cabin. I bow my head" I will go out if you would let me, Valinor" I say as we slowly make it back to the big house.
